클라우드(Cloud)-시리즈 작품설명
“세월(歲月)은 유수(流水)와 같다고 했던가.” 마치 유체역학(流體力學)에서 공기저항(空氣抵抗)은 속도(速度)에 제곱비례(平方比例)하는 것처럼, 나이가 들수록 인생(人生)의 속도는 점점 더 빨라진다. 그만큼 역경(逆境)에서 일어나는 사건은 많아지고 몸에 부딪히는 맞바람은 더욱더 매섭게 다가온다. 인생(人生)의 역경(逆境)에서 일어나는 많은 사건(事件)들은 한톨 한톨 쌀알이 되어 클라우드(cloud)의 폴더(folder)처럼 차근차근 정리(整理)되어 나간다. 턴테이블(turntable)에서 돌아가는 레코드판의 바늘이 긁히면서 내는 파장(波長)은 증폭(增幅)되어 고막(鼓膜)을 진동(振動)하고, 가끔은 가슴을 울리곤 한다. 클라우드에 저장된 폴더의 사건들이 가끔은 저절로 열리면서 데자뷰(déjà vu)가 되어 뇌리(腦裏)에 머물곤 한다.

Explanation of Work, A Series of Cloud
“Time flies like an arrow.” Just as the air resistance is squarely proportional to speed in the hydrodynamics, when it gets older, the speed of lifetime gets faster. It means there are more incidents originated from hardship and the impact on us is felt more severe and harsh. A lot of incidents originated from hardship in lifetime are orderly organized just like folders of cloud, as a small grain of rice. The wavelength of needle-scratching sound of a record turning around on a turn-table is amplified, vibrates our eardrums, and sometimes touches our heart. When the incidents of folders stored in cloud are sometimes released by themselves, they are staying in our mind as a déjà vu.
